Waking up at 3:17 AM sharp for no reason
For the past month, I've been jolting awake at exactly 3:17 AM without any alarm or disturbance. Friends say it's just stress or a sleep cycle, but the timing feels too exact to be random, like a system error. Has anyone else had this kind of patterned wake-up, and do you see it as a body quirk or something stranger?

Honestly my brain does the same thing but with 4:09 am, like it's trying to be quirky. I mean, if my internal clock was a person it would be that friend who shows up way too early for everything and just stares at you. It's probably just stress or weird sleep like they said, but the exact time thing is so annoying it feels personal.

How is it always 3:17 on the dot and not a normal round number? That EXACT minute is what makes it feel like a glitch, not just a normal sleep thing. Our brains are supposed to be messy, not that precise.

Your internal clock is more obsessive than my morning alarm.

Ugh, mine used to be like that too. What finally helped was just getting up when my brain started going, no matter how early. Noah's not wrong about that internal clock feeling.
