I finally saw how home workouts make tough job days easier.
I used to come home drained from my office. Doing a quick bodyweight routine now lifts my mood and helps me think clearer. How do you keep active when your job gets heavy?

Keeping an exercise band at your desk lets you sneak in quick workouts. It's amazing how a few minutes can reset your mood, isn't it?

I thought those bands were silly for years until my physio made me try one. Now I keep a green one looped around my chair leg for quick stretches!

Oh wow, I just saw a whole thing about this! Some trainer online said even just doing band pull-aparts for a minute can totally fight that hunched-over desk feeling. It makes so much sense, like what @jana672 said about her physio. I might actually dig mine out of the closet now instead of just using it as a fancy doorstop.
