Tried the 100 push-ups a day challenge at home, ended up with a wrist injury that made me quit. Everyone says it's great, but it just didn't work for me.

Used to believe those daily challenges worked for everyone. Tried the push-up one myself for weeks, but my shoulders got so sore I had to stop. Really showed me that some routines just don't fit certain bodies.

Your shoulder soreness, was that from form like paige_robinson24 mentioned?

Yeah wrist injuries are no joke, reminds me of what @anna872 said about shoulder soreness. Try doing them on your fists or push-up bars next time.

My form was so bad trying that, I probably looked like a walrus having a seizure. Guess some of us are just meant to admire push-ups from the floor.
