Warning: My group video workout session went sideways because of chatty participants

I was doing a live stream workout with some friends last week. One person kept talking over the instructor, giving their own tips. I got distracted and messed up my form, now my back is sore. Just a reminder to mute unnecessary mics or focus on the main guide. It's easy to get led astray by too many voices.

Yeah, the "qualified to give tips" part is what gets me. Unsolicited advice during a workout is the worst, especially when you're trying to follow a routine. It's no surprise your back is sore after getting pulled in two directions like that.

Seriously? Someone thought they were qualified to give tips during a live workout? That's crazy to me. Talking over the instructor is bad enough, but it actually messed up your form and hurt your back. I can't believe people do that without thinking. It's so important to let the guide lead, especially when safety is on the line. Your sore back shows how real the risk is.

What made them think they were qualified to give tips?
