Anyone have experience with Monitor Pest Control versus Arrow Exterminators for the Roswell/Alpharetta area? We need ongoing service for ants and mosquitoes, maybe some wildlife exclusion. Their pricing looks similar but I'd rather go with whoever's more thorough and reliable long-term. Curious about tech consistency and if either one tries to upsell every visit.

We've been with Monitor Pest Control for about 8 months now and they've been great for termites and mosquitoes. Their tech is super thorough, walks the whole property and actually explains what he's seeing. Never felt like an upsell pitch. Highly recommend them.

Can't speak to Monitor but Arrow's customer service really went downhill for us. We had a rodent issue in the crawlspace and they kept rescheduling. Ended up going with a local company. If Monitor is more consistent, I'd give them a shot.

I used Arrow for two years and they were fine but it was a different tech almost every time. Switched to Monitor this spring and it's been night and day — same guy each visit, actually remembers our house and where the ant trails were. They also didn't try to push extra treatments like Arrow did with the 'whole yard mosquito package' every single time.
