Anyone used Ace Garage Storage for ceiling racks?

I keep seeing ads for Ace Garage Storage and their overhead racks look pretty sturdy. Curious if anyone here has actually ordered from them and what your experience was. Mainly wondering about shipping and if the hardware is decent quality.

Ordered a 4x8 rack a few months back. Shipping was quick—came in two boxes and nothing was damaged. Hardware was all grade 8 zinc plated which was a nice surprise. Took me and my son about three hours to get it bolted up but we were taking our time. Very happy with it.

Same here. I’ve got the adjustable height one and it’s been perfect for storing bins. No complaints at all.
