Update: My first tiny house had serious moisture problems. How do you handle it these days?

When I put together my initial tiny home, dampness was a big hassle. Mornings meant wiping down windows full of water drops. Stuff near the walls felt chilly and wet all the time. I messed with portable fans and extra air flow, but it never really fixed things. Living in that damp space got old fast, lol. Now I keep seeing posts about improved seals and thermal panels. I want to avoid those same issues in my new setup. What are the go-to methods or materials you all use now for keeping things dry?

How's PIR foam working for moisture control?

Worry about its vapor permeability long term.

Man, PIR foam is great because it blocks moisture and insulates.
