Can we talk about the demo guy at the San Jose expo who ran an image model on a laptop with no internet
He pulled the wifi cable out mid demo at the San Jose expo last Thursday and the thing kept tagging photos fine, which made me rethink the whole cloud subscription I've been paying $40 a month for, so now I'm curious what small local models people are running offline and what hardware they're using.

Ran a 7B on my old laptop with llama.cpp, no internet, worked fine.
