I burned $400 on an AI headshot generator for my whole team and the results were rough
Honestly I got sucked in by the before and after photos on the landing page and paid for the $400 team plan back in March. I fed it 60 photos of our 8 person crew in Denver and half the outputs had people with 3 arms or eyes pointed in weird directions. When I emailed support they just told me to upload more photos, so I did, and it barely got better. Ngl I should've just paid a local photographer $250 for a real session. Has anyone found a tool that actually handles group shots without turning people into melting wax figures?
Dude same thing happened to me last fall, dropped like $300 on one of those tools for our 6 person sales team and the group shots were a total nightmare. One guy's ear was just floating off his head and another person had like a hand coming out of their shoulder. I kept reuploading photos like support told me and honestly it just made things worse somehow. The single headshots were ok but the second you put more than 2 people in a frame the AI just loses its mind. I ended up eating the cost and booking a real photographer too, way less stress. That $250 local session would've saved us both a lot of pain.
