It happened yesterday, and it made me think about how much these tools have quietly become part of my daily workflow. Has anyone else been surprised by their own usage numbers?

My friend showed me his monthly word count from an AI tool and it was over 20,000. I just stared at it. That's not writing, that's outsourcing your own thoughts. Where do your own ideas even start and the machine's end? It feels like we're training ourselves to stop the hard work of figuring things out.
