I thought AI was useless for sibling fights until it suggested a fair solution

I used to believe tech had no place sorting out kid arguments. An AI tool on our tablet proposed a turn-based game plan that actually worked for both of them. Can simple AI ideas like this reduce daily family tension?

Watched my friend's twins argue over the TV remote every single night. He set up a basic app on an old phone that just picked a random name from a list when you tapped it. The kid whose name came up got to pick the show. It sounds stupid, but they accepted the phone's choice in a way they'd never accept their parent's or each other's. The bickering just stopped. It wasn't smart tech, it was just an unbiased referee they couldn't argue with.

Wild, I never considered AI for kid stuff but my roommate's cat feud got solved by an automatic feeder schedule someone posted online. Guess simple tech fixes are everywhere now, right?

Have you seen how often a basic gadget can sort out pet drama, @stella121? In my experience, my two dogs used to wrestle near their bowl until I got a feeder with a simple timer. Setting it for the same times each day made them chill out and stop fighting over food. Your roommate's cat story totally fits with that idea of low tech fixes working well. It's cool how something so simple can make daily life a bit easier.

Wonder if it also trains their brains to expect routine beyond just meal times.
