My coworker told me to stop fighting ChatGPT and just let it write my tickets, and he was dead wrong
Last month my help desk buddy Marcus kept telling me to paste every user complaint into an AI chatbot and let it spit out my replies, swearing it would save me an hour a day. I tried it for two weeks and got three complaints from users in Cleveland saying my emails sounded like a robot wrote them, plus one ticket where the AI made up a fix for a printer error that doesn't exist. So now I'm wondering, has anyone found an AI tool that actually helps with tech support without making you sound like a machine?
