Pro tip: I saw a demo of a new AI tool at a conference in Portland that changed how I handle customer service tickets.

They were showing off a system called 'ResolveAI' that can read a support email, pull the customer's history, and draft a full reply in about 15 seconds. I used to spend half my day just writing first responses. Now I use a similar setup to get the draft started, then I just tweak it. Has anyone else tried one of these AI agent systems for support work?

the_viola's right about drafts, but fifteen seconds to start is still a game changer.

Fifteen seconds for a full reply draft? That seems way too fast to be any good. My old system takes at least a minute just to pull up the right account info.

Honestly, it's not a full reply though, just a draft. Tbh my old system was the same, took forever to find anything.
