Getting crispy air fryer chicken wings took me way longer than any recipe said
Every guide says 20 minutes, but mine were always soggy. I tried different temps, flipping, even patting them dry. It took me about 8 separate tries over two months to figure it out. The trick was a tiny bit of cornstarch and not crowding the basket, which no recipe I saw mentioned. Has anyone else found a simple tip that made a huge difference after a lot of failed attempts?

Two months of soggy wings sounds like actual torture.

Of course the secret is cornstarch, the one thing they all leave out. I guess they just expect us to read their minds.

Oh, you're so right about that. It's like they all get the same memo to leave out one key step. I've ruined more than one sauce because they didn't mention the cornstarch slurry. It feels like a silly little club where they guard the simple tricks.
