Can we talk about the week I ruined 3 batches of wings in a row?
Last Tuesday I was so hyped to make crispy buffalo wings in my air fryer. First batch I forgot to pat them dry, so they came out all steamed and rubbery. Next night I tried again but piled them too high, ended up with half soggy half burnt. Thursday I thought I finally had it figured out, seasoned them perfect and set the timer. Then my phone rang and I got distracted for 15 extra minutes. Came back to blackened sticks of charcoal. That was the worst wing week of my life, I almost threw the whole air fryer in the trash. Has anyone else had a streak of fails like that or am I just cursed?
