Hit 100 straight air fryer meals without repeating a recipe

I decided last month to see if I could survive using only my air fryer for dinner, and somehow I made it to 100 meals in a row without cooking the same thing twice. My weirdest success was a batch of cinnamon sugar chickpeas that actually came out crunchy, but my biggest fail was trying to air fry a whole bell pepper that turned into a shriveled disaster. Has anyone else accidentally made something that looked totally wrong but tasted amazing? Kinda curious about the weirdest thing you've thrown in there.

42 whole minutes on max heat will do that to any pepper.

yeah but 8 minutes though, that's a totally different thing from what paige was talking about. i gotta ask - when you say bell peppers do you mean the big blocky ones or the long skinny ones? because i feel like that makes a huge difference nobody ever mentions. the big ones have way thicker walls so they can take a little more heat but the skinny ones turn into leather so fast. also 8 minutes at 375 seems really specific, is that for like a side dish or are you stuffing them with something? cause if you're doing stuffed peppers 8 minutes definitely is not enough time to cook the filling through.

Gently correct something here - I think you might have the story backwards on that bell pepper. I've actually had great luck halving bell peppers, cleaning out the seeds, and giving them a quick 8 minutes at 375. They come out soft and sweet, not shriveled at all. Makes me wonder if maybe your temp was too high or you left it in too long. The cinnamon chickpeas sound interesting though, I might have to try those with some smoked paprika instead for a savory version.
