Hot take: My sister's 'fancy' air fryer salmon recipe from Seattle is a total waste of good fish.

She sent it to me last month, insisting you cook a full pound filet at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. I tried it in my own air fryer and it came out dry and tough, like cardboard. The high heat just zaps all the moisture right out. Has anyone else had a fancy recipe completely fail them like that?

Ugh that sounds so disappointing. Honestly, some recipes just don't translate to the air fryer at all. Been there with chicken that turned into rubber.
