I finally gave up on my old deep fryer after my air fryer made perfect chicken wings in 20 minutes.

I used to spend an hour dealing with a gallon of hot oil and a greasy kitchen for wings, but after my brother got me an air fryer for my birthday in 2020, I just toss them with a bit of baking powder and cook them at 400 degrees for a crispy result without the mess. What's your go-to air fryer wing recipe?

Cornstarch in the flour mix is fine, but it's still just fried chicken at the end of the day lol. People act like it's some huge kitchen breakthrough.

Try adding cornstarch for extra crunch.

Huh, cornstarch is a solid move. My grandma used to do that with her fried chicken coating, swore by it. It always came out crazy crispy, like you could hear it from the next room. She'd mix it right in with the flour and her secret spices. I tried it on some onion rings last year and it totally works. Makes a real difference compared to just flour.
