I hit 100 air fryer meals tracked in my little notebook and it feels weirdly like a real milestone
Most people say you just throw stuff in and eat, but writing down each recipe and how it turned out helped me finally nail the timing on frozen chicken thighs after 40 tries, so has anyone else kept a log like that or am I overthinking this thing?

Yo @olivia_lopez98 it's not about the chicken thighs being hard, it's about getting them perfect every single time without guessing. I do the same thing with my toaster oven - got a whole notebook for crispy tofu timing and oil temps. The first 20 times were a mess, too soggy or burnt, but now I can nail it blindfolded. Feels good to have proof you actually improved at something most people think is dumb to track. Plus you can look back and see how far you've come, which is honestly kind of satisfying.

Honestly sounds like a lot of work for chicken thighs but if it makes you happy, go for it. Are you really that worried about frozen thigh timing though?

Did you factor in how the pan or tray you use changes things too? Different materials absorb and hold heat differently, so a cold baking sheet in a hot oven will mess with your timing. That was the biggest game changer for me was realizing my dark pan cooked faster than my light one.
