Just tried air frying frozen fish fillets without oil and it actually worked

I had a bag of frozen breaded fish fillets that usually get soggy in the oven. I put them in my air fryer at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, flipping halfway. No oil spray at all. They came out perfectly crispy on the outside and flaky inside. Has anyone else tried this with other frozen breaded foods like chicken tenders?

Air fryer frozen chicken tenders are a game changer. I do them all the time now and they beat the oven by a mile.

40 different batches? @phoenix_martin40's buddy must have a serious chicken tender habit. I can barely commit to one bag, let alone forty.
