My air fryer chicken wings turned into a two-hour project because of one rookie mistake.
I tried to make crispy wings from a recipe I saw online, but I didn't pat them dry enough before seasoning. They steamed for 45 minutes instead of crisping, so I had to pull them out, dry them completely, and start the whole cook over. Has anyone else had a simple prep step totally ruin your timing?

Well, my last batch took so long the sauce had time to develop complex feelings. Let's just say my smoke alarm is the most well-fed member of the household.

I used to think two hours was crazy too, but then I tried it once. The wings just fall apart now, idk maybe it's just me but it changed my mind.
