Rant: My neighbor insists you can't make a proper steak in an air fryer
He said it to me at our building's grill last weekend, claiming it's only for 'frozen junk'. I made a ribeye in mine last night with just salt and pepper, and it was perfect at 400 degrees for 12 minutes. Has anyone else had to defend their air fryer cooking to a skeptic?
