Tried air frying bacon wrapped jalapeno poppers for game day and they came out perfect

So I was scrolling through Pinterest last Tuesday looking for something new to throw in my air fryer and found this recipe for bacon wrapped jalapeno poppers. I always thought you had to deep fry those things or bake them forever but nope. I stuffed some cream cheese and cheddar into halved jalapenos, wrapped each one in a half strip of bacon, and set my air fryer to 390 for like 10 minutes. They came out crispy and the cheese was all melty without the bacon getting soggy. My roommate said they were better than the ones we get at Buffalo Wild Wings lol. I did have to flip them halfway through because the bottom was getting a little wet but after that they were golden. Anybody else tried making stuffed peppers in their air fryer or have a good filling combo?

My air fryer is the same temp but I go 12 minutes without flipping and they come out fine. That wet bottom thing you mentioned is weird to me, maybe your cream cheese was too soft going in? I use a block of Philly straight from the fridge and mix it with some shredded pepper jack and a pinch of onion powder. What brand of bacon did you use because that could be the difference too, thick cut vs thin cut changes the whole cook time.

@phoenix_singh25 is right about cold cream cheese, I HAD the same wet bottom issue til I switched.

Actually cold cream cheese is key but 12 minutes sounds long depending on your air fryer... I run mine at 370 for like 8-9 minutes and they're perfect. Might be worth checking your temp with an oven thermometer, those built-in readings can be off by 20-30 degrees sometimes.
