Warning: I was boiling potatoes for 25 minutes before I tried the air fryer
Last Tuesday I was making dinner at my apartment in Boise and realized I had no room on the stove for the potatoes. I cut them into small cubes, tossed them with a little oil and salt, and threw them in the air fryer at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes. They came out crispy on the outside and soft inside, way better than boiling them into mush. Now I do baby potatoes this way at least three times a week. Does anyone else preheat theirs first or just toss stuff in cold?
