Found a faster way to clean slotted screw heads on old panels

Been swapping out ancient avionics on a Cessna 310 from the 70s and those slot head screws were caked with corrosion. Tried using a Dremel wire brush but it was too slow until I soaked them in Evapo-Rust for 20 minutes first. Anyone else got a go-to trick for cleaning up stuck hardware?

Used to think that stuff was just overpriced water but after seeing this, I might have to give it a shot on some rusty hardware I've been fighting with. Old panels are never fun to deal with when everything's frozen up like that. A little soak time beats trying to wire wheel every single screw by hand.

Evapo-Rust is the secret sauce for sure. I had a similar mess on an old boat motor and let the hardware soak overnight, came out looking almost new.
