Found that posting at 6am local time doubled my reach in 3 days

I run a small gardening page and was stuck at like 200 views per post for months. Tried all the usual stuff, hashtags, collabs, nothing moved. Then I noticed a pattern in my analytics. My posts from before 7am got way more engagement than the ones I scheduled for noon. So I tested it for a week straight. Every post at exactly 6am, my time zone in Ohio. Reach jumped from 200 to 450 average in 3 days. I think it's because the algorithm sees early engagement as stronger signal since there's less competition. Has anyone else had luck with weird posting times? Or is it just my niche?

My tomatoes are still mad at me for waking them up at 6am every day for this test, but hey, growth is growth. Actually tried 3am once and got mostly bots commenting about crypto, so I guess there's a floor to how early you can go. The Ohio advantage is real though, my neighbor posts from her garden at 5:45 and she's now the local zucchini kingpin. Maybe the algorithm just likes people who are up before the birds.
