Hit 10k followers in 48 hours off one Reddit crosspost, then watched it vanish

My old cooking demo clip from 2019 randomly got pushed to 10k followers overnight, but by Friday the reach dropped to 40 views because the platform flagged it as recycled content. Does anyone else see their old stuff resurge like that, or was it just a glitch in the ranking?
