Unpopular opinion: the Chimera Ant arc in Hunter x Hunter peaks in its first 20 episodes and falls apart after that
I was three days into a rewatch last month in my apartment in Tucson when I hit the palace invasion and realized I was checking my phone during fights I used to love, so I skipped straight to the final episode with Meruem and Komugi. Does anyone else think the pacing after episode 116 kills the whole thing, or am I just being too harsh?
