Why does nobody talk about how hard it is to pick between Attack on Titan sub and dub
Tbh I had to make a choice last month between watching AoT subbed or dubbed after my friend group split on it. I went with the sub first because everyone said the Japanese voice acting hits harder with Eren's screams. Honestly after 15 episodes I swapped to the dub and it felt way more natural for following the action during the big Titan fights. Has anyone else swapped mid-series and regretted it or stuck with one?

People act like picking between sub and dub is some life-changing decision but they're both just ways to watch a cartoon about giant naked people eating each other. Watched the dub from the start and never had any issue catching the action or the emotion in the scenes. Swapping mid-series seems like making a problem where one doesn't exist.

Which dub are we talking about though... Funimation's or the original one? Because I've got a buddy who swears by the old one and says the new one ruins a couple scenes for him.

oh man that reminds me, my cousin used to only watch the old Pokemon dub and would flip if anyone mentioned the new voices. actually spent a whole summer arguing about Meowth's accent in the living room.
