Had a customer chew me out over blend lines last Tuesday

They pointed out a 2 inch spot where the metallic flake didn't match under the streetlight. I thought it was fine before but now I check every panel in direct sun and fluorescent light before handing keys back. Anyone else had a client notice something you totally missed?

Heard about this from a buddy who does custom car paint. @hannah_west39, your friend's story is wild but not surprising. Some detail guys actually train with those magnifying glasses to check clear coat levelling. Sounds like that guy was just showing off his toy though.
