Had a customer point out my door gap was 3mm wider on one side last week
Took his caliper to it and he was right, so now I always check gaps with a feeler gauge before paint instead of just eyeballing it - has anyone else had a customer call them out like that?

Wish my eyes came with calibration like that, sounds expensive.

Not gonna lie, that guy sounds like a nightmare to deal with. I had a buddy who did custom cabinets for a living and one time a customer came in with a digital level and found his countertop was off by like half a degree. He was so embarrassed he spent the whole weekend redoing it. So I get why you'd start checking everything with a feeler gauge now. Better safe than sorry with people like that around.
