Hot take: I quit buying blend panels and started pulling every dent, and my comeebacks got faster
I used to keep a stack of cheap CAPA blend panels in the back for every job. Then my guy Hector at the shop on Cesar Chavez in LA bet me I couldn't pull a crushed quarter on a 2016 Camry without cutting it off. Took me 5 hours with a Uni-Spotter and a stud gun, but the metal moved back into place and I didn't have to blend the whole rear door. Honestly the panels never fit right anyway, I was always fighting gaps and adding filler where the seams didn't line up. Now I'm wondering how many of you still keep a stack of aftermarket panels around, or did you ditch them too?
