I know everyone says to avoid it, but I fixed a deep scratch on a door with a touch up pen and a razor blade.
It was on a 2015 Civic, a single line down to the metal about six inches long. I filled it with the pen, let it dry for a full day, then carefully shaved the excess off with a fresh blade held flat. Came out smooth enough to clear coat without a full sand and repaint. Anyone have a different trick for these small, isolated scratches?

Ever try a tiny bit of clear nail polish to seal it first?

Oh wow, that's a total game changer for sure.

Check if the material is porous first. That clear polish trick can actually stain untreated wood or some fabrics. Learned that the hard way on a raw pine shelf.

But sometimes you just gotta risk it for the biscuit.
