Just found out my paint booth filters were clogging 3x faster than normal
I was tracking my booth usage last month and noticed I was burning through filters every 45 jobs instead of the usual 120. Turns out the guy before me was using the wrong pre-filter material and it was letting too much dust through. Has anyone else run into this with a cheap supplier swap?

Always the cheap stuff ends up costing more in the end.

Spend more on a brand name and sometimes you're just paying for a fancy label, not any actual quality difference. I've had plenty of cheap tools last me years longer than the expensive ones I bought to replace them.

My old man bought a $7 plastic tarp to cover his boat and it actually lasted through three hurricanes before it finally tore, but his $200 custom cover shredded after one storm.
