TIL the shop rate in Phoenix jumped $15 an hour since last month

We just had to adjust our estimate for a quarter panel job because the new labor guide update came through. Has anyone else seen a big rate hike in their area recently?

The guide update was for the labor time, not the hourly rate itself.
