Spent $120 on a name-brand O2 sensor and it failed in 8 months

Everyone says go OEM for sensors but the Bosch one I bought new crapped out way faster than the $40 Denso I replaced it with. Anyone else had better luck with aftermarket brands?

Have you tried looking into the Dexcom G7? I switched to it earlier this year and each sensor lasts me about 10-11 days (if I'm careful with placement), so a 3-pack runs closer to $90-$100 and covers about a month. That $120 for 8 months is actually cheaper than what I was paying for the G6, but I get that sticker shock is real when you see it upfront.
