3 months back I started writing pin voltages right on the connector with a paint pen and it fixed my swap delays
Back in March we had a run of three King Airs in the hangar and I kept re-pulling the same cannon plugs trying to match pins to the schematic. So I grabbed a fine tip paint pen and started writing the pin numbers right next to each connector shell before I unplugged anything. First plane took me two hours, the next two took about 45 minutes each because I never had to backtrack. The ink wipes off clean with a little isopropyl and it holds up fine through a shop visit. Anyone else marking stuff on the airframe side, or do you stick to tape flags and a photo log?
