Sold out at my first farmer's market booth, barely prepped enough

Set up at the one in East Nashville last Saturday with 60 loaves of sourdough and some cinnamon rolls. By 10am everything was gone, I even had people asking if I had anything left for the afternoon. I've been baking out of my apartment for like 8 months now, so this felt huge. Problem is I turned away maybe 15 people, so I'm trying to figure out if I should double my batch next time or just accept the sellout. Anyone else deal with the scramble of bringing too little to a market?

Honestly, that's such a good problem to have but I totally get the stress. I'd say double it, but make sure you're not killing yourself over prep, cause burnout is real. Maybe bring like 80 loaves and see how that feels, plus a few extra rolls you can warm up if it gets crazy. You'll learn your crowd's rhythm after a few more markets, and trust me, selling out early beats hauling stuff back home any day.
