A $3 kitchen timer fixed my sleep more than any supplement
I kept waking up at 3am for months and tried magnesium, melatonin, the whole shelf. Nothing stuck. Then my dentist in Spokane asked when I last ate before bed and I said right before I brushed my teeth. She said give it 3 hours. I started setting a cheap kitchen timer at 6pm for my last bite and suddenly I was out cold by 10. Two weeks in, no 3am wakeup once. The fix was timing, not pills, and I felt dumb for spending about $80 on capsules. Anyone else find their sleep fix was just an eating schedule change?
Man, the late night snack thing is so real. I stopped eating after 7pm and my 2am wakeups just quit. It stinks how much money we drop on pills before trying the free stuff.
