Had a crazy good week after adding 200mg of magnesium glycinate before bed

I was sleeping like crap for months and then tried this on a Monday, by Thursday I was waking up actually rested for the first time in forever. Anyone else find that one random supplement just clicks for them out of nowhere?

Is the 200mg dose enough or do you bump it up? I started with 100mg and it did nothing for me. I think you found the sweet spot though.

Nah, 200mg too low for most people. Try 400mg.
