What exactly did he mean by jittery? Was he talking about your wrist movement during the swing or how you set the hammer on the anvil?

Honestly, with my coach, jittery could mean anything from my elbow twitching to the way I blink. Probably both, knowing him. He'd say the hammer was nervous before it even hit the steel.
