My nephew hid his phone in a cereal box so he could watch that AI cat singing trend at 2am
Stayed at my sister's place in Akron last month and kept hearing this weird squeaky voice through the wall around midnight. Turned out my 11 year old nephew had his phone tucked inside an empty Cheerios box with a headphone splitter, rewatching that singing cat clip for the fourth night straight. He showed me the whole playlist, 47 videos of the same orange cat mouthing words to some song I still don't know. I made it through about 90 seconds before my brain started leaking out my ears. Do kids in your family have a secret system for sneaking this stuff, or is mine just a pro?
Kids have always done this. When I was 12 we passed notes with codes in class. My cousin hid comic books inside his math book. Now it's just phones in cereal boxes and clips of singing cats. The sneaking part is the same. Only the thing they sneak got way louder and way weirder.
