I finally started packing lunch on train days after a $14 sandwich in Chicago
Grabbed a plain turkey sub at Union Station last month and it cost $14, so now I hit the grocery store the night before any trip and spend about $6 for the whole day of food, and honestly it's become kind of fun hunting for the cheapest good stuff near each station.
