Ugh, @marybutler, why does it always feel like it's testing us? Mine tried to send me through a locked gate last week. I just sat there looking dumb.

Honestly it's just a computer guessing the best route (sometimes badly). The locked gate thing is annoying for sure, but @marybutler's dead end sounds way more frustrating. These apps get it wrong sometimes, but they're still better than trying to read a paper map in the rain. It's not like the software is out to get us personally, it just makes mistakes. We probably notice the few wrong turns more than all the times it works fine.
