Warning: My friend called me out for always booking flights at 2pm on a Tuesday
They said that specific 'hack' is outdated and showed me data from a tracking app where flights from Chicago to Miami were actually cheapest on Wednesday nights, so now I'm wondering what other old travel tips we all still follow that might be wrong.

The price jumped forty bucks overnight on that one site. Checking often just shows you how fast it moves. Feels like you need a crystal ball, not a refresh button.
