Hit my $50k emergency fund goal yesterday and it felt weird
I've been throwing extra cash at this fund for like 4 years now, and I finally crossed the $50,000 mark. The funny thing is I didn't even realize it happened until I checked my credit union account in West Des Moines. I was so focused on just adding $200 here and $150 there that the total snuck up on me. Has anyone else hit a number that felt bigger than they expected?

Phoenix_singh25, you're telling me he dropped that much on pizza alone? I'm sitting here doing the math in my head and that's like 500 large pies if you're paying $20 each. That's basically having pizza delivered to your door every single day for over a year. No wonder he said "feeling great" in quotes, that's grocery money for a family right there.
