My 7-day meal prep rotation dropped my grocery bill to $41 a week
I kept impulse buying singles at the corner store, so I started batch cooking the same 3 recipes on Sunday and freezing half. Has anyone else noticed their grocery store rewards app prices are higher than the shelf tags, or is that just my local Piggly Wiggly?

Wait, isn't paying $41 a week just a fancy way of eating the same sad chicken and rice until you can't look at it anymore? I tried that once and ended up ordering pizza twice a week just to feel alive, so my budget got worse, not better. And yeah, those rewards app prices are always a little higher, but that's just the store's way of making you feel smart while they make the real money.
