Digital vs paper spreads, my phone died at the worst possible time
I spent 3 months building this elaborate digital bullet journal with all these fancy widgets and cloud syncing, then my phone bricked on a Tuesday right before my weekly review and I had zero access to anything. Dug out an old notebook and a ballpoint pen from my car, recreated my entire setup in 20 minutes flat, and honestly it felt way more real and less fiddly than swiping between tabs. Anyone else bounce back to paper after a tech fail, or am I the only one who forgot that a notebook never runs out of battery?

Paper never dies on you mid-review. Tech fails are just expensive reminders that ink and dead trees still win. My phone has betrayed me twice, and both times the trusty notebook was there in the glovebox. Digital is great until it isnt, and then you look dumb holding a brick. Youre not alone in this.
