Hit my first 30 day streak in my bullet journal today
I never thought I'd stick with it this long, but I kept a simple daily log for a full month. What surprised me was flipping back through and seeing I logged 14 days where I felt tired at 3pm. I found that stat just by counting dots in my mood tracker section. It explains so much about my afternoon slumps at work. Has anyone else found a weird pattern in their own logs that caught them off guard?

Ngl that tiredness pattern might mean your lunch is too heavy on carbs or sugar. The body crash hits like clockwork on that stuff.

Had a buddy who tracked his water intake for like 2 months straight. He flipped back and realized every single time he had a headache that day, he'd only drank like 2 cups of water. The pattern was so clear it was funny. Afternoon headaches dropped off hard once he started chugging more water around lunch.
