Just hit 6 months of daily spreads and I'm honestly shocked I stuck with it
I started bullet journaling back in March thinking I'd give up after a week like every other system I tried. But somehow I just crossed 180 consecutive days of logging something, even if it was just a quick checklist. What surprised me is that I didn't even notice I hit the milestone until my wife pointed out the pile of filled notebooks. It matters because I've always been the type to start projects and drop them fast, so seeing that many days in a row feels weirdly solid. Has anyone else accidentally hit a big number like that without realizing?

Man I used to think bullet journals were just for artsy Instagram people. Figured it was more about drawing pretty calendars than actually getting stuff done. But now I get it. I started mine the same way, just a small notebook and a pen, nothing fancy. Seeing 180 days of entries in a row is legit impressive, that's half a year of showing up for yourself. My own notebook is getting that thick look now and it feels different than I expected.

Well I'll be. That is something to be proud of, 180 days is no small feat. I had a similar thing happen to me last year. I started a simple daily log to keep track of my blood pressure readings, nothing more than a date and a number. Before I knew it, I had filled up a whole notebook and it dawned on me that I had been doing it every single day for almost 10 months. It was a strange feeling, like I had built a habit without even trying. There is something about that physical stack of filled pages that makes the consistency feel real in a way a digital app just can't match. Good for you.

Oh man that is so true what you said about the physical stack @nina_hall48. I had the exact same thing happen with my habit tracker when I started doing it just to keep myself honest about drinking water. Three months later I had this little pile of pages that I could actually flip through and it felt way more real than any app notification ever did. There's something about the weight of it, you know? Like you can actually see and touch the proof that you showed up every single day. I swear that physical notebook trick is the only reason I stuck with it this long.
